CAPS buffer (3-[Cyclohexylamino]-1-propanesulfonic acid) is 1135-40-6. This zwitterionic biological buffer is commonly used in biochemistry, especially for electroblotting, protein sequencing, and applications requiring a pH range of 9.7–11.1.
